  • Does it cost money to be a small business or community host participant in Small Business Pride?

While any donation is accepted and appreciated, there is no cost to participate in Small Business Pride.

  • What does a community partner do?

Our expectation is that community partners such as other chambers of commerce, business districts, community organizations will agree to the “ community host’ and coordinate and implement an on the ground event or opportunity for their community to participate in Pride and to drive business to their local chopping districts with promotions, giveaways and a Small Business Pride Day or event.

  • Can I get my own business materials included in the Small Business Pride Kit?

Yes. Just provide us with at least 150 copies of items to include.

  • What type of help will you give community partners?

Assistance with working with the municipalities on permitting, customizable marketing materials, consultation with staff about plans, inclusion in the website calendar of events, collaborative support in promoting your event via social media, access to the Small Business Pride database.

  • Why should I do something with Small Business Pride and not on my own?

When you sign up to be a small business participant or community partner you gain access to all the goodies behind the scenes of the website! You also receive branded materials that will enhance your visibility throughout the region . A small portion of our materials are available to everyone, but only registered participants get full access to all the resources.

  • Do I have to be a member of 3RBA to participate?

While we would encourage and LOVE to have you as a 3RBA member, membership is not required.

  • Do I have to be a member of the LGBTQ+ community?

We are open to all. Our message is about inclusivity and allied participants are a huge part of showing your support.

  • How do I join 3RBA?

Just visit us at Membership is a base cost of $200 per business or $100 for a social membership.

  • Why should I Join 3RBA?

Aside from the fact that 3RBA is a great and fun group of people, joining a chamber of commerce offers you benefits from networking events, marketing support, health insurance options, enhanced credibility for your business, educational events, small business support materials, increased visibility, connections to other small business owners and the LGTBQ+ community, and opportunities to have a voice in programs, legislation, and policies which impact the LGBTQ+ community. 3RBA is the only official certifying body for obtaining a LGBTE minority enterprise designation to offer you access to preferred vendor contracts with corporations and governmental bodies.
