Sr. HRIS Analyst – Oracle

Role Description:
As the HRIS Analyst at Form Energy, the HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing the people technology ecosystems including Oracle Cloud HCM, creating customized reports and completing various internal audits to support changes in people data requirements.This key role will collaborate with all HR, Payroll, and IT teams, in addition to stakeholders and other 3rd party vendors. Collaborate and provide backup assistance for benefits, payroll and compensation projects as needed and available. Able to lead HRIS workstream on internal projects.
What You’ll Do:
● Maintain the Oracle HCM cloud platform and lead optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud platform including streamlining, automatization and support for processes such as benefits open enrollment, salary planning and performance management.
● Coordinates process for testing of new releases or data elements; develops testing scripts; plans timelines for testing and production release; executes testing scripts for testing of new data elements and releases; documents and analyzes results.
● Lead the integration of multiple vendor/data partners including project management and final validation testing.
● Partners across the People/HR team to use data analytics to support workforce development and planning, and to identify the human capital insights necessary to achieve business outcomes.
● Generates required annual, quarterly or ad-hoc reporting for government agency and legal compliance, such as EEO-1, VETS.
● Lead data integrity initiatives across Form and complete periodic audits of data in Oracle HCM Cloud platform and regularly audits and updates data tables.
● Serve as primary contact of HR data and systems for internal stakeholders, including People Operations, Benefit and Payroll teams, along with HRIS vendors.
● Develop and maintain process documentation, knowledgebase articles, and FAQs for all areas of accountability. Leverage these items daily to provide consistent administration of processes and responses to our customers.
● Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, automation, and simplification of tools and approaches and develop scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HRIS and streamline core processes.
● Provide backup for payroll, benefits and compensation administration.
What You’ll Bring:
● Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of progressive experience with Human Resources data (including analysis, reporting, and data integrity).
● Previous administration of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management required; ADP experience preferred.
● Proven skills in process mapping and process improvements and in analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
● Proven understanding of downstream effects of data changes to other HRIS systems and reports.
● Ability to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments, consistently delivering results within required timelines and expectations.
● Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously, while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
● Proven experience handling highly confidential information with the utmost integrity.
● Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
● Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
● Experience using business analytical skills including facilitating requirements sessions and documenting activity workflows and business requirements.
● Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel; exposure to business intelligence software desired.
